Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily security operations within the Bali Ocean Magic waterpark facility.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including the waterpark, lockers, and parking areas, to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Lead, train, and supervise the security team, providing guidance, conducting briefings, and ensuring high performance standards.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, medical incidents, security threats, or unruly behavior.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and access control points to prevent unauthorized entry and detect potential risks.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs and databases.
- Enforce park rules and regulations consistently to maintain a safe and orderly environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security management or supervision, preferably within the hospitality, resort, or entertainment industry.
- Valid Security Guard License or equivalent professional certification is required.
- Certificate in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to command respect.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions in emergency situations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using security software, communication equipment, and basic IT systems.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
