Pakuwon Group, a leading property development company in Indonesia, is currently seeking a highly professional and vigilant Assistant Chief Security (Satuan Pengamanan) to join our security management team in Surabaya. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure, safe, and welcoming environment for our tenants, guests, and staff across our world-class property portfolios.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a proven track record in security operations, risk mitigation, and personnel management. You will support the Chief of Security in overseeing daily patrols, emergency response protocols, and security personnel performance, ensuring adherence to both company standards and national safety regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chief of Security in overseeing daily security operations, personnel deployment, and performance management.
- Implement and monitor comprehensive security protocols to protect company assets, property, and individuals.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to identify potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Lead and mentor security personnel, ensuring proper training, appearance, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Act as the primary point of contact during emergency situations, coordinating effective responses and incident reporting.
- Manage security equipment maintenance and ensure that all surveillance systems are fully operational.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and community stakeholders to maintain a secure environment surrounding the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security management, preferably as a Chief or Deputy Chief of Security.
- Possess a valid Gada Utama or Gada Madya certification is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal regulations regarding security, safety, and human rights.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of security staff effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in security reporting software and basic computer skills.
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
