Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the City Treasurer in managing all financial operations of the city government
- Oversee the collection, receipt, and disbursement of city funds and revenues
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, policies, and procedures
- Manage the city's investment portfolio and ensure optimal returns on public funds
- Supervise treasury staff and provide guidance on financial matters
- Collaborate with other city departments to support financial planning and budgeting
- Implement and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency and transparency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in government or public sector
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing teams
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheet applications, and accounting systems
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to public service
