In this role, you will be the face of our center, acting as a bridge between potential members and their health aspirations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly membership targets.
- Conduct personalized fitness consultations to understand member needs and recommend suitable training programs.
- Provide proactive support to members, ensuring they stay motivated and engaged with their fitness routines.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing members to increase retention and referrals.
- Manage the lead pipeline from initial contact to conversion, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Deliver excellent service consistently, addressing member inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the fitness instructor team to align sales offerings with available gym facilities and classes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Sports Science or Marketing is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Deep interest in fitness, health, and a healthy lifestyle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and meet KPIs.
- Professional appearance and high-energy personality.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or basic office management tools.
- Ability to work in a flexible shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
