Are you passionate about child development and martial arts? Little Key Montessori Preschool & Daycare is seeking an energetic and patient Martial Arts Teacher to join our vibrant team in Bekasi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the physical and character development of our young students through structured, fun, and safe martial arts instruction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging martial arts lessons tailored to the physical and cognitive development levels of preschool-aged children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during training sessions, adhering to strict classroom safety protocols.
- Develop curriculum modules that promote discipline, respect, balance, and coordination.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school administration.
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages students to build self-confidence.
- Collaborate with preschool staff to integrate martial arts goals into the broader Montessori curriculum.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the training space is clean and organized for all sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in teaching martial arts, specifically to young children or preschool students.
- Strong knowledge of at least one martial arts discipline (e.g., Karate, Taekwondo, Pencak Silat).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a classroom of active young learners.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with children in an educational setting.
- Physical fitness and the ability to demonstrate movements effectively.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in early childhood education or physical education is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment.
