Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
- Coordinate and attend board and general meetings, including the preparation of agendas, board papers, and minutes.
- Ensure the company remains in full compliance with the Companies Act 2016, MMLR, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records with meticulous accuracy.
- Support the Group Company Secretary in managing board evaluations and corporate governance reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and legal counsel to facilitate smooth corporate operations.
- Provide advisory support to board members and senior management regarding corporate governance best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a professional qualification (MAICSA/ICSA) or a degree in Law, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, preferably within a corporate office or professional firm.
- Deep understanding of the Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
- High proficiency in English and Malay, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict regulatory deadlines.
- Working knowledge of board management software or document management systems is highly desirable.
