Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning and coordinating consignment activities with vendors and internal teams
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across all departments
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with the Consignment Manager on pricing strategies and promotional activities
- Conduct regular audits of consignment merchandise to ensure accuracy
- Maintain positive relationships with consignment vendors and negotiate terms when necessary
- Prepare reports on consignment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or consignment management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
