- Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring all construction activities comply with project specifications.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and technical issues efficiently.
- Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports to ensure cost control.
- Monitoring construction progress to ensure milestones are met and the project stays on schedule.
- Enforcing quality control measures and safety standards to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and inspections.
- Conducting regular site inspections and reporting on the status of work to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local building codes in Johor Bahru.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office applications.
- Valid certificate in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and consultants.
