Enquest Construction Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Assistant Contract Executive (Quantity Surveyor) to join our growing team in Batu Caves. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contract bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and verify work executed against the contract.
- Prepare monthly progress claims and handle billing invoices for subcontractors and clients.
- Monitor project costs, analyze variations, and prepare cost reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of material stocks, labor costs, and subcontractor payments.
- Review and process subcontractor variations and claims to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve technical and contractual issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction laws and standard forms of contract (e.g., JKR, SMM).
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites within Selangor.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
