Tanggung Jawab
- Manage contract preparation, negotiation, and administration for construction projects
- Monitor project costs, prepare tender documents, and conduct financial analysis
- Oversee contract variations, claims management, and dispute resolution
- Lead commercial negotiations with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, regulations, and company policies
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecast project financial performance
- Coordinate with project teams to align commercial strategies with operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in contract management or quantity surveying
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost estimation and risk assessment
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- RICS certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
