Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and execute corporate minutes, excerpts, and secretary's certificates for board and shareholder meetings
- Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate logistics for corporate meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements from BSP, SEC, and other governing bodies
- Manage corporate filings, annual reports, and statutory documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on corporate governance matters
- Support preparation for annual general meetings and special shareholder assemblies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Law, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of corporate secretarial or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in corporate governance regulations and statutory compliance requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Filipino
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate record-keeping systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
