- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in vendor contract negotiation, renewal, and performance evaluation
- Prepare monthly cost reports with variance analysis for management review
- Support commercial bid preparation and tender documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and financial regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-control measures

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost control or commercial management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Experience with contract management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of Singapore's commercial laws and procurement regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
