Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives across hospital departments
- Oversee development and implementation of healthcare IT systems including EHR, telemedicine platforms, and AI-driven diagnostic tools
- Drive innovation in patient engagement solutions and digital health services
- Manage cross-functional teams of digital specialists, data scientists, and healthcare informatics professionals
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, PDPA standards, and healthcare data security protocols
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for digital innovation projects
- Partner with clinical stakeholders to identify technology-enabled care improvement opportunities
- Monitor global healthcare technology trends and emerging innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in healthcare digital innovation or health IT leadership
- Proven track record in managing complex technology transformation projects in healthcare settings
- Expertise in healthcare data analytics, AI integration, and digital patient experience design
- Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare ecosystem and digital health regulations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing innovation portfolios
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies or healthcare informatics advantageous
- Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
