As an Assistant/Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organizational objectives by managing various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will work closely with senior management to implement HR policies and initiatives that align with our mission and values.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates to meet organizational needs
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws
- Oversee performance management processes, including conducting appraisals and development planning
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair remuneration
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Support organizational development initiatives and contribute to strategic HR planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a managerial or assistant capacity
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Experience in non-profit or cultural organization is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
