PSA Marine is looking for a dynamic and strategic Assistant/Deputy Manager (Organisational Development & Learning and Development) to join our team in West Coast. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and design comprehensive Organizational Development (OD) strategies and change management programs to align with PSA Marine’s business goals.
- Develop and execute Learning and Development (L&D) roadmaps, including curriculum design, e-learning initiatives, and leadership development workshops.
- Conduct organizational assessments and talent reviews to identify key competencies and skill gaps within the workforce.
- Manage the end-to-end employee development lifecycle, from onboarding and talent identification to succession planning.
- Foster a culture of learning by implementing knowledge-sharing platforms and facilitating high-impact training sessions.
- Analyze training effectiveness and HR metrics to continuously improve program quality and drive ROI.
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational restructuring efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development and Learning and Development roles within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing OD initiatives and managing complex change projects.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver compelling training content.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern learning technologies is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
