  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer and onboarding, for various roles across PSA Corporation.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates through diverse channels, including direct sourcing, social media, and professional networks.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, identifying opportunities for automation and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics and data to generate insights, identify trends, and inform strategic talent acquisition decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and provide expert consultation.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, reflecting PSA Corporation's employer brand.
  • Stay abreast of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and employment market conditions in Singapore to maintain a competitive edge.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a large organization or multinational corporation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for talent strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for driving process improvements and adopting innovative recruitment methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and the talent landscape in Singapore.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
