- Lead and optimize corporate service delivery to align with organizational strategy and governance standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 7+ years in corporate services with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in governance frameworks, operational optimization, and compliance
- Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in community services or non-profit sector highly valued
- Professional certification in governance or corporate management desirable
