- Lead and oversee health services research projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and healthcare priorities
- Design and implement robust research methodologies to analyze healthcare data, identify trends, and evaluate program effectiveness
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to translate research findings into actionable insights for improving healthcare delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, government agencies, and healthcare organizations to foster collaborative research opportunities
- Manage research budgets, resources, and timelines while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Present research findings to diverse audiences including senior leadership, healthcare professionals, and policymakers
- Mentor and guide junior research staff, fostering a culture of excellence in health services research and analytics
- Stay current with emerging trends in healthcare analytics, data science, and health services research methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Health Services Research, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Biostatistics, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in health services research, healthcare analytics, or related field
- Strong expertise in research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data interpretation with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Stata)
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing health services research projects in a healthcare setting
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare system and regulatory environment is highly desirable
