Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and review faculty HR policies and procedures aligned with NTU's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Provide expert guidance to university leadership on complex HR policy matters affecting faculty
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance faculty recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies
  • Conduct research and benchmarking against leading global universities to identify policy improvements
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all policies adhere to Singapore labor laws
  • Manage faculty relations issues, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure consistent understanding and implementation of HR policies
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform policy decisions

Kualifikasi

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in policy development
  • Experience in higher education or large complex organization preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex HR data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
