As the Assistant Director of Finance, you will assume the role of Assistant Controller, taking full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Office. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the Accounting Office, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships to ensure optimal liquidity and financial risk management.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, providing insightful variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Direct the implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls and audit procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Mentor, coach, and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture and identifying training needs.
- Partner with department heads and senior leadership to drive financial performance and support decision-making through financial modeling and business analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within the hospitality, luxury, real estate, or integrated resort industry highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards in Singapore.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach to management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
