Tanggung Jawab
- Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction for all nursing and care staff within the facility.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based geriatric care.
- Manage clinical governance, risk management, and ensure full compliance with regulatory health standards.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and training programs to enhance staff competency and resident outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care plans.
- Monitor facility performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
- Act as a mentor to nurse managers and nursing staff to foster a culture of professional growth and empathy.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Post-graduate qualification in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or Gerontology is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of nursing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record of managing clinical teams in a nursing home, community hospital, or geriatric care environment.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore healthcare regulatory framework and nursing standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and quality assurance reporting.
