Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the organization
- Oversee the operational aspects of value-based care programs and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care quality and outcomes
- Monitor and analyze healthcare metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Develop and manage budgets related to quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
- Train and mentor staff on quality improvement methodologies and best practices
- Represent the organization in quality improvement forums and stakeholder meetings
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or value-based care
- Proven track record in leading quality improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data analysis and performance improvement methodologies
- Experience in healthcare administration or management in an oncology setting preferred
- Certification in healthcare quality (e.g., CPHQ) is highly desirable
