Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for system repairs, upgrades, and compliance certifications
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Manage energy consumption initiatives and implement cost-saving sustainability measures
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports, budgets, and project timelines for facility improvements
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and coordinate rapid resolution to minimize operational disruption
- Ensure strict adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate digital records of maintenance activities, inspections, and asset inventories
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in MEP systems maintenance and facilities operations
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS), HVAC controls, and plumbing infrastructure
- Relevant certifications in facility management or MEP systems preferred (e.g., CFM, SFO)
- Proficiency with CMMS software and digital facility management tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems
- Valid Singaporean work permit and clean driving license
- Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate contractors and stakeholders
