Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and space management
- Implement and monitor energy conservation programs and sustainability initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility services
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Assist in developing facility budgets and tracking operational expenses
- Oversee emergency response protocols and crisis management procedures
- Support sustainability certifications (e.g., Green Mark, LEED) and compliance reporting
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial facility management
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM) or sustainability practices preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety regulations
- Experience with facility management software (e.g., CAFM, CMMS)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
