Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and landscaping operations across assigned sites
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Develop and implement operational schedules for cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and landscaping materials
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and aesthetic standards
- Resolve customer concerns and implement corrective actions for service quality issues
- Collaborate with procurement and maintenance teams for resource optimization
- Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or landscaping supervision
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, landscaping techniques, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Certification in facility management or related field is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling software
