Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental health standards (EHS).
- Coordinate site inspections and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor utility usage and implement energy-saving initiatives in alignment with ENGIE’s sustainability goals.
- Manage the facility budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, and procurement of necessary resources.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility operations or building management.
- Strong technical knowledge of building management systems (BMS), HVAC, and power systems.
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in local Singaporean building safety regulations and fire code standards.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFM, FMP) is highly advantageous.
