Tanggung Jawab
- Support facilities operations and maintenance to ensure seamless daily execution and zero downtime.
- Coordinate corporate relocations and MAC (Move, Add, Change) logistics projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage service requests and oversee third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of facilities assets, maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
- Monitor and control operational budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with financial guidelines.
- Ensure all facilities comply with local safety regulations, health standards, and building codes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and implement best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in facilities management, property operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in managing corporate relocations and logistics projects.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software.
