Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets
- Lead and mentor production teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Implement and monitor production schedules while maintaining optimal resource allocation
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain ISO-certified processes
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Support the Factory Manager in strategic planning and cost optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of production floor leadership experience in manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in production KPI monitoring
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve operational conflicts
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning software
- Certification in Six Sigma or similar operational excellence program preferred
