- Assist Farm Manager in supervising daily swine breeding operations including mating, gestation, and farrowing processes
- Monitor herd health, administer vaccinations, and coordinate veterinary care protocols
- Implement and maintain biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks
- Manage breeding schedules, record-keeping, and genetic selection programs
- Train and supervise farm workers in proper animal handling techniques
- Monitor feed efficiency and inventory management systems
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Coordinate facility maintenance and equipment calibration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in swine production or breeding operations
- Strong knowledge of swine reproductive biology and breeding technologies
- Experience managing livestock health and disease prevention programs
- Leadership skills with ability to supervise farm staff effectively
