Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
- Manage payroll processing, including employee benefits deductions and tax filings
- Coordinate banking activities, including cash management, reconciliations, and financial transactions
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review and decision-making
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, analyzing variances and providing recommendations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with advanced spreadsheet skills
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
