As a Mandarin Speaker in our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in bridging communication gaps and supporting our financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and account analysis.
- Handle tax compliance tasks, including VAT reporting, corporate tax filings, and supporting tax planning initiatives.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audit periods.
- Assist in budget preparation and perform variance analysis.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or international company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (SAP, ACCPAC, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
