Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the monthly closing process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and group policies.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools for financial planning, analysis, and forecasting, enhancing accuracy and speed.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital optimization with predictive analytics.
- Oversee internal controls and risk management, leveraging AI for anomaly detection and fraud prevention.
- Partner with business units to provide strategic financial guidance and insights using AI-driven dashboards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulators, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in finance transformation, automation, or AI implementation within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in financial systems (ERP, BI tools) and familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applications in finance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or technology companies is highly desirable.
