Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Assist in developing, monitoring, and reconciling departmental budgets
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate audit processes and prepare supporting documentation
- Support financial forecasting and variance analysis initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting role with exposure to reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
