In this position, you will play a pivotal part in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), while ensuring the company maintains robust cash flow management. You will be instrumental in navigating the evolving regulatory landscape in Malaysia, specifically taking the lead on e-invoicing compliance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting functions including AP, AR, and General Ledger maintenance.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to support operational stability.
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing compliance of Malaysia e-invoicing requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and internal financial policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial workflows and internal controls.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or professional qualification like ACCA/CPA/MICPA).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.
  • Proven expertise in e-invoicing compliance and digital accounting transformations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL, or UBS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
