Tanggung Jawab
- Own and optimize finance control systems including automation frameworks, bank reconciliation processes, and contract management protocols
- Oversee accounting operations ensuring compliance with Malaysian GAAP and internal financial controls
- Implement financial automation tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy
- Manage vendor contracts, payment terms, and financial documentation
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads on budget planning and financial forecasting
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management stakeholders
- Identify process optimization opportunities within finance operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications like ACCA/CA/CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of finance experience with exposure to financial controls and automation
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and compliance standards
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Experience implementing financial controls and process improvements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate financial insights for non-finance stakeholders
