PERSOL is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our finance team in the West Region of Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will manage the preparation of financial statements, grants, asset management, and tax filings, playing a key part in driving financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and supervise accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.
- Manage the endâtoâend process of grant accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- Oversee fixedâasset registers, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure tracking.
- Ensure timely and correct filing of corporate tax returns, GST, and other statutory obligations.
- Support external and internal audits, acting as the primary finance contact for auditors.
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes through automation and bestâpractice initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is advantageous.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, preferably within a multinational or serviceâoriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with crossâfunctional teams and senior management.
- Detailâoriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and ethical standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastâpaced setting and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore; familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) is a plus.
