EnviroSolutions & Consulting, a premier sustainability consulting firm, is seeking a seasoned Assistant Finance Manager to join its growing finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key financial operations, ensuring robust internal controls, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. You will play a hands-on role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, while also supporting the continuous improvement of financial processes. Your work will be instrumental in enabling the company to scale its impact and maintain financial health.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS and company policies.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including variance analysis and rolling forecasts.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (corporate tax, SST, withholding tax) and coordinate with tax agents.
- Lead the preparation for external audits, including audit schedules and liaison with auditors.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives.
- Develop, document, and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is required.
- At least 4-6 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, Malaysian tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and drive process improvements.
- Experience with sustainability reporting or ESG initiatives is an advantage.
