Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely financial settlements
- Monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and cost control initiatives
- Conduct audits and reviews of financial processes to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of finance experience in manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills to present financial information to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
