We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. This is a key leadership role where you will manage the full suite of accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strict compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead the financial consolidation efforts, manage cash flow, and ensure all audit requirements are met efficiently.
As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed Board-level presentations, supporting strategic decision-making, and mentoring junior team members. If you have a strong background in full-set accounts and a passion for financial excellence, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with Malaysian GAAP.
- Oversee financial consolidation processes and manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Coordinate and support external audits, including preparation of schedules and working papers.
- Prepare high-quality Board-level presentations and strategic financial summaries.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff to ensure high performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Assistant Finance Manager role.
- Strong proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
