Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate budgeting processes, including variance analysis and forecasting
- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for management review
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Support financial audits and implement recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and standards
