Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations, including general ledger accounting and accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and monitor the company's budget, ensuring expenditures align with organizational goals.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance staff to ensure high performance standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast cash flow and financial requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Bahasa Melayu).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven track record of budgeting and forecasting experience.
