Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely reconciliations
- Support internal audits and maintain compliance with financial regulations
- Assist in developing financial models for strategic business planning
- Manage financial reporting systems and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial management or accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA) preferred
