As our Assistant Finance Manager, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between operational accounting and strategic financial management. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to oversee complex financial reporting, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and optimize internal processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Lead and coordinate the annual external audit process and ensure timely submission of all statutory requirements.
- Manage tax compliance and reporting, ensuring full adherence to BIR regulations and other local government requirements.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow positions to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and perform monthly variance analysis to monitor business performance.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Implement and enhance internal control systems to safeguard company assets and improve process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong background in the Healthcare, Medical, or Pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics.
