Tanggung Jawab
- Support preparation and monitoring of departmental and organizational budgets
- Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis for strategic planning
- Coordinate internal audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Review and optimize Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Implement and maintain enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks
- Prepare financial reports and executive dashboards for management review
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure financial data integrity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years in finance/accounting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Experience with internal audit coordination
- Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles
