Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounts payable and receivable cycles ensuring timely processing and accuracy
- Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain liquidity and support operational needs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysia's e-invoicing regulations and statutory requirements
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with e-invoicing compliance systems
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
