Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Support annual financial planning and forecasting processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with department heads on cost management initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CIMA) preferred
- 3+ years in finance or accounting role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
