Tanggung Jawab
- Support preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and general ledger maintenance
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliation tasks
- Contribute to financial audits and compliance documentation
- Develop financial models for property valuation and investment analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders on financial reporting and performance metrics
- Monitor cash flow and assist in capital allocation planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in real estate
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards
- Certification in ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
