Tanggung Jawab
- Support and oversee accounting, finance, and reporting activities within the Pico Play Group
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Assist in month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Conduct financial audits and implement corrective actions
- Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
