Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of all financial records and transactions.
- Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Managing cash flow, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing efficiently.
- Assisting in the annual budget preparation and performing variance analysis.
- Ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations and company internal policies.
- Supervising and mentoring junior accountants to ensure high performance standards.
- Conducting regular financial audits and cost control reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Assistant Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ACA is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
