As an Assistant Finance Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure accurate financial reporting and rigorous cost control. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal audit policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis against actual performance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
  • Lead and mentor junior accounting staff to foster professional growth and team efficiency.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve financial reporting processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and local tax regulations (SST/Corporate Tax).
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and work effectively across departments.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
