Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and cash flow forecasting.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal audit policies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis against actual performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff to foster professional growth and team efficiency.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve financial reporting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and local tax regulations (SST/Corporate Tax).
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead a team and work effectively across departments.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
